Crafco Equipment Parts & Service

Pavement Sealants & Supply Inc. ("PSSI") is an Authorized Crafco Distributor. We proudly supply genuine Crafco equipment and replacement parts and provide service support for customers throughout our service territory.

We stand behind the parts we supply and the service we perform. The following outlines our 30-Day Limited Warranty policy for parts and labor provided directly by PSSI.

1. Warranty Coverage – Parts

PSSI warrants that new replacement parts supplied by PSSI for Crafco equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

If a part is determined by PSSI to be defective within the 30-day warranty period, PSSI will, at its discretion:

• Repair the part, or
• Replace the part with the same or equivalent component

Replacement parts do not extend the original 30-day warranty period.

This policy applies only to parts purchased directly from PSSI.

2. Warranty Coverage – Service Labor

PSSI warrants service labor performed by its technicians on Crafco equipment for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

If an issue arises directly from workmanship performed by PSSI within the 30-day period, PSSI will correct the specific workmanship-related issue at no additional labor charge.

This warranty applies only to the specific repair or service performed and does not extend to unrelated components or future failures.

3. Manufacturer Warranty

 As an Authorized Crafco Distributor, PSSI also supports Crafco’s manufacturer warranty coverage where applicable.

If a manufacturer warranty applies, those terms and conditions govern the coverage of the product. PSSI will assist customers in submitting valid manufacturer warranty claims; however, final warranty determinations are made by Crafco or the original component manufacturer.

Certain non Crafco parts and components may also carry a separate manufacturer's warranty. In such cases:

• Manufacturer warranty terms supersede this 30-day policy.
• PSSI  will assist customers in processing valid manufacturer warranty claims.
• Final warranty determination rests with the original component manufacturer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Routine maintenance items (filters, belts, hoses, wipers, fuses, etc.)
• Improper installation by others
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or overheating
• Lack of proper maintenance
• Operation outside manufacturer guidelines
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by contaminated materials (improper sealant, debris, etc.)
• Freight damage after equipment leaves PSSI’s facility
• Downtime, lost revenue, rental expenses, or consequential damages

Used, rebuilt, or customer-supplied parts are not covered unless specifically stated in writing.

5. Travel, Freight, & Field Service

Warranty labor does not include:

• Travel time
• Mileage
• Transportation of equipment
• Freight charges
• Field service call minimum charges

These charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Notify PSSI within the 30-day warranty period.
2. Provide the original invoice number
3. Provide the equipment model and serial number
4. Provide a detailed description of the issue
5. Allow PSSI reasonable opportunity to inspect the equipment or part.

PSSI reserves the right to inspect equipment prior to authorizing warranty repairs and may require the return of suspected defective parts.

Unauthorized repairs performed by others void this warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

PSSI’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part or correction of workmanship.

Under no circumstances shall PSSI be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Downtime
• Rental equipment
• Incidental or consequential damages

8. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire 30-day limited warranty for parts and service provided by Pavement Sealants & Supply Inc. No employee or representative is authorized to modify this policy unless approved in writing by company management.
