Crack Sealants & Crack Fillers

Crafco® Polyflex Type 3 sealant is a hot-applied, asphalt-based product used to fill cracks and joints in asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements in warm to very hot climates. Polyflex Type 3 is supplied in solid form, which when melted and properly applied, forms a highly adhesive and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and resists flow and pick-up at summer temperatures. Available in Box or Plexi-Melt Packaging.

Meets ASTM D6690 Type I Specifications

 Crafco® Polyflex Type 2 sealant is a hot-applied, asphalt-based product used to fill cracks and joints in asphalt and Portland  cement concrete pavements in moderate to hot climates. Polyflex Type 3 is supplied in solid form, which when melted and properly applied, forms a highly adhesive and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and resists flow at summer temperatures. 

Meets ASTM D6690 Type I Specifications

 Crafco® RoadSaver 221 sealant is a hot-applied asphalt-based product used to seal and fill cracks and joints in asphalt or Portland cement concrete pavements in hot to cold climates. RoadSaver 221 is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a resilient, adhesive, and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and is resistant to flow and pick-up at summer temperatures. Available in Box or Plexi-Melt Packaging.

Meets ASTM D6690 Type II Specifications

Parking lot surfaces experience slow-moving vehicle and foot traffic. These locations encompass, but are not limited to: parking lots, garages, driveways, collector streets, residential streets, crosswalks, walkways, and recreational areas. Given the specific nature of these pavements, extra attention is needed when sealing cracks, as they interact with different traffic patterns compared to highways or high-traffic roads.

Crafco® Loop Detector Sealant is a single component, hot melt, rubberized asphalt material formulated to be a stiff, yet flexible, sealant which is ideally suited for sealing traffic loop detector cuts. Crafco® Loop Detector Sealant is a thin, free flowing fluid which pours easily and penetrates narrow traffic loop detector cuts. 

Crafco® Superflex HT sealant is a hot-applied asphalt-based product used to fill cracks in asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete pavements in moderate to very hot climates. Superflex HT is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms an adhesive and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and is highly resistant to tracking or pick-up by vehicle tires in hot climates. Superflex HT can be melted in jacketed double type melting units, or in small direct bottom fired types of Melter.
